“ My wife and I were in Estapona in May and stumbled on this restaurant situated on a beautiful, quaint little square. Stepping into El Gavilan was an absolute delight! The cozy, intimate ambiance of eating on bustling square was perfect. We indulged in their fresh seafood, which was simply excellent—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The sangria was a highlight, too, expertly prepared and incredibly refreshing. Darek, our waiter was truly outstanding, providing attentive and friendly service and great conversation that elevated the entire dining experience. A perfect spot for a memorable meal! So memorable that we ate there three nights during our one week stay. We would have went back for a fourth night but it was closed. ”
